Friend of RE:UP, pro snowboarder, and owner of the recently opened FICE boutique, Laura Hadar, just closed on a new home in Salt Lake City and, before gutting the place, threw herself a nice little house warming party. The appropriately named Utah band, God’s Revolver, set up shop in the basement but only minutes into the set — the cops had already arrived at the front door. “Pretty good for a Utah party,” the bass player told me, referring to the fact they made it two-and-a-half songs before getting the plug pulled.
