many issues does a subscription last for?
A subscription to RE:UP consists of six (6) consecutive issues.
How long until I get my first issue?
All subscriptions start with the current issue that is on the
newsstands. If that issue sells out, then your subscription will
begin with the following issue. In some cases, this may take up
to 3 months.
What do I do when I move?
RE:UP must always have your most current address on file. If you
move, please update your address with us in a timely manner by
emailing subscriptions [at] reupmag [dot]
com. Standard USPS mail forwarding services do not forward
RE:UP magazine to your new address. RE:UP will not be held responsible
for lost magazines if a subscriber fails to update their address
with us. Nor, will we resend any magazines if no attempt to update
your address was made. RE:UP always sends an email out to all
subscribers before an issue is mailed, reminding them to update
their address if need be. If we do not have a current and correct
address on file, we cannot be expected to provide proper subscription
services to our customers. We will not mail multiple copies of
an issue if a subscriber fails to provide their current address
in a timely manner.
How do I change my mailing address?
Please contact RE:UP Magazine through our subscription email address:
subscriptions [at] reupmag [dot] com.
Include your new address as well as your former address.
Why do you need my email address?
We use email as a way to keep in touch with our subscribers. If
you change your email, please update it with us. When subscribing,
please be sure to use a valid email address that you check regularly.
RE:UP does not give away anyone's personal information under any
circumstances. This includes physical addresses, credit card information
and email accounts. Read more in our Privacy

How do I pay by credit card or PayPal?
The RE:UP Online store accepts all major credit cards and PayPal
transactions. The RE:UP Online Store is handled by Merchline
(a third party retailer). Any questions about ordering can be
directed to them.
Can I send a check?
Yes, please download the Subscription
Order Form PDF, fill it out, and mail it with your check or
money order to our main office. International customers should
send an international money order.
Can I start my subscription with an earlier issue?
Unfortunately, no. You can only start your subscription with the
current issue or the next issue. You can purchase back issues
in the Online
Store.
Do you sell back issues?
Yes, they are available in our Online
Store.
How do I send a gift subscription to another person/address?
When ordering, supply a different shipping address from the credit-card
holder's billing address.
