Former RE:UP scribe Adam Gnade releases his debut novel Hymn California. Don’t know if the book is any good–haven’t read it yet–but I do know Adam was a witty and trendless (in the best possible way) writer who always layed out his ideas in amusing and creative ways. Adam was also the Ed-in-Chief of a successful but too short-lived alternative (to the alternative) weekly reader in San Diego that was called Fahrenheit.
