What
is Merchline?
Merchline is the merchandiser and online fulfillment provider
for the music and entertainment industries. They handle the online
storefront process, transacting of orders, and shipping orders
out to you.
How safe is it to order from a Merchline-powered storefront?
Merchline is a secure website for order processing. They use Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption technology certified
by Thawte Security Systems for the exchange of personal and payment
information. You can verify by checking out the little padlock
icon in the corner of your browser. This means you can safely
enter your entire credit card number when prompted by our online
purchasing system, and it cannot be read in transit.
Believe it or not, ordering a product on-line is safer than ordering
one in the real world. When you hand your credit card to the clerk
at your local music store, there is nothing to stop him from scribbling
down your number and charging things without your knowledge. However,
when you type in your credit card number to order here, we never
even see it. The entire ordering process is completely automatic
from start to finish, and only a series of computers handle your
credit card information.
Hackers are not a threat either. Your credit card number and other
personal data will be encrypted at the highest level of security.
All your information will be scrambled and 100% guarded from prying
eyes.
What forms of ordering and payment does Merchline accept?
Merchline accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
as credit card payment options. They also accept PayPal and Money
Order payments as well. Instructions for Money Orders are displayed
during the checkout process.
Can I call in or fax my order?
Right now they are not setup to take phone or fax orders.
How does the charge appear on my bill?
It is important to note that the charge that will appear on your
statement will be from 'MERCHLINE.COM,' and NOT
the name 'RE:UP Magazine.'
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Merchline ships internationally. Go ahead and add items to
your cart, create a customer account, and begin the checkout process.
Shipping options and costs will be available to you to choose
from there. Prices are determined by the weight of the order and
its destination.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping prices are determined straight from the US Postal Service
shipping rates. The cost of the shipping depends on the weight
of your entire order and its destination from our warehouse. Go
ahead and add items to your cart, create a customer account, and
begin the checkout process. Shipping options and costs will be
available to you to choose from there. In addition to the actual
postage, Merchline also charges a nominal handling fee to cover
other costs packaging and handling your order with care.
What are the shipping methods?
Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours, and 99% of the
time orders placed by 11am Eastern time will be shipped the same
day. Shipping does not happen on weekends, so if you order from
Friday evening until Monday morning, your order will not be processed
until Monday.
Delivery is by the US Postal System (USPS) for Domestic and International
shipments.

What is your exchanges returns and refunds policy?
Merchline does accept returns on defective merchandise and exchanges
on unused/unworn merchandise. To place a return or exchange, you
must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you received
the wrong item it can be sent back and it will be replaced with
the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping
costs.
All music sales are final. All DVD / video sales are final. We
do not accept used merch.
To place a return or exhange, go ahead and fill out the exchange
form found on the back of your order packing slip, and send the
item to us, and we will process the exchange for you.

and fill out the return/exchange form found here with as much

Follow the exchange instructions found on the form and we will
process it for you.
